My transformation Story

Let's Connect

Motivation

Its shocking how many people come up to me and say that I have inspired them with my fitness posts to where they are ready to workout, or they read my food diaries and it motivates them to eat healthier. I feel honored that my weight loss journey has encouraged others to change their lifestyles. It’s really touching to know that posting my changes have made that many differences in the way people view themselves. Since starting this blog, I have had a number of people send me “friend requests” on Myfitnesspal. I enjoy reading their profiles. I connect with their struggles and marvel at their accomplishments.

It seems that we are always putting ourselves down, comparing ourselves to others, waiting for the time when we reach our goals so we can be proud of ourselves. I believe if you have dedicated yourself to fitness and a new healthier lifestyle, you should already feel proud of yourself.  We are all working on leading a better life, having better health, and adjusting to have a better frame of mind.   Just to know how to put the time, effort and discipline in to losing weight is a huge accomplishment in itself.  All of us are learning to over come these obstacles.  We need to be proud of each day that we make a better choice.
We each have our own individual goals for various reasons. Some of us want to lose those last few stubborn pounds; others need to lose half their body weight. It's a journey to a new you regardless of where you end up.

Making the decision to start this journey, will improve your life overall. Your health will improve and you will feel better about yourself for reaching your goals. For those of you that have met your current goals and choose to set new goals - go for it!! Otherwise, revel in your current accomplishments. Each and every one of us is beautiful in our own way. Remember to embark on this journey with your head held high!

If you have made this exceptional decision to take that first step to becoming a new you, there shouldn’t be any apologies, any comparisons, and no looking back. If you are at your starting point or in the middle of your journey, I would be honored to join you and give my encouragement to you in any way I can every step of the way.
