365 Days on MFP!

Today, I celebrate 365 days of logging into MyFitnessPal. I want to thank everyone, especially all of my MF Pals, friends, and family for the support, advice, motivation and inspiration that you have provided on this site. I couldn't and wouldn't have done it as well as I did without all of you.
365 days since I stumbled on MyFitnessPal. 
365 days since I took a chance and completely turned my life around. 
365 days since I became part of the most successful support network for healthier living that I have ever been apart of.
365 days since I quit just sitting on the couch every night & watching TV. 
365 days since I last said the words "I hate myself and what I look like." 
365 days since I had to wear a size 12-14.
365 days since I was so miserable, it was a struggle to get up out of bed and try and make it through the day.
365 days since I was able to hold my head up with pride.
365 days since I was able to accept a compliment. 
In the last 365 days I have burned over 250,000 calories with excercise.
In the last 365 days I eat healthier, love cooking and trying new recipes.
In the last 365 days I have been an inspiration and motivator to others.
In the last 365 days I have lost 36 pounds and 42.75 inches off my body.
In the last 365 days I have made the most incredible friends on MyFitnessPal who have taught me so much, given me so much and not asked for a thing in return.
In the last 365 days I have gone from that size 14 to a size 4.  
In the last 365 days my entire life has changed.  
In the last 365 days I have been able to accept compliments with a smile.
In the last 365 days I hold my head up and walk with poise.
In the last 365 days I have regained my self confidence.
If you are not on MFP, here are some of the compliments and daily support I get from my Pals. These guys can really make a girl feel pretty good about herself.
