It has been:
100 days since I stumbled on MyFitnessPal.
100 days since I completely turned my life around.
100 days since I became part of the most successful support network for healthier living that I have ever been apart of.
100 days since I quit just sitting on the couch every night & watching TV.
100 days since I last said the words "I hate myself and what I look like."
100 days since I had to wear a size 12-14.
100 days since I was so miserable, it was a struggle to get up out of bed and try and make it through the day.
100 days since I was able to hold my head up with pride.
100 days since I was able to accept a compliment.
In the last 100 days I exercise 6-7 times a week and absolutely enjoy it. I get frustrated when I have a rest day.
In the last 100 days I began eating healthier and cooking meals every day.
In the last 100 days I found that healthy food can actually taste delicious and there are multiple options.
In the last 100 days I have lost 21 pounds and 30.50 inches off my body.
In the last 100 days I have made the most incredible friends on MyFitnessPal who have taught me so much, given me so much and not asked for a thing in return.
In the last 100 days I have gone from that size 14 to a size 6-8.
In the last 100 days my entire life has changed and I couldn’t have done it without MyFitnessPal and my great support network on there along with my family and a few close friends.
In the last 100 days I have been able to accept compliments with a smile.
In the last 100 days I hold my head up and walk with poise.
In the last 100 days I have regained my self confidence.
That's a lot to accomplish in 100 days, dont'cha think? Now I have to give credit where credit is due: To my hubs and kiddos for their on going motivation, love and support, to my twin brother Michael and his wife Laurie for kicking my "bootay" each week in kickboxing class, and to one of my bestest girls, Lindsey for just being so supportive in my journey. Thank you all!!
On to the next 100 days or more..I am not looking back!
